Necessary Evil Press is pleased to announce that Leigh Haig has officially been named Associate Editor. For the past three years, Leigh has contributed a high standard of editing and proofreading on all NEP titles, and he has proven to be a valuable and inextricable component of NEP's success.

His lifelong love of horror movies prompted Leigh to seek new thrills from horror fiction in the late '80s. Upon encountering Stephen King's IT in 1988, he instantly became an avid reader of the genre. During the mid-'90s, Leigh began purchasing the occasional small-press title; this mild interest soon burgeoned into a passion for collectible horror fiction. His goal to then become intimately involved in the production of small-press horror was realized when he began assisting NEP Publisher Don Koish in 2005.

When not elbow-deep in literary violence and viscera, Leigh is employed as an Information Technology security consultant. It is his work with NEP that keeps him sane.
